Meet the Speakers

Molly Barker

Molly Barker is the founder of Girls on the Run International, which she launched in 1996 with 13 girls in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since then, the organization has grown to serve more than 2.5 million girls across all 50 states. After leaving Girls on the Run in 2013, Molly worked on Capitol Hill, traveled the country listening to people's stories, founded an organization dedicated to the art of profound listening, and has continued her advocacy for people experiencing housing and food insecurity. Today, she is a speaker, facilitator, coach, and the author of the upcoming book Running Free: Beyond the Girl Box, inspiring others to live with authenticity, courage, and compassion.

Quanisha Shawanibin

Girls on the Run coach Quanisha Shawanibin is an educator, program consultant, and community advocate dedicated to helping people and organizations build stronger, healthier relationships through restorative and relationship-centered practices.
